Our sub-contract assembly department offers the following services:-

Microprocessor Design:-

We are experienced in programming a range of 8 bit microprocessors, including Atmel AVRs, Microchip PICs and Zilog Z8s, we can write professional software to suit most customer needs as well as modifying existing software.

PCB Design:-

We design all our own printed circuit boards. And can offer this service to our customers.

PCB Assembly:-

Our highly trained and experienced staff can assemble PCBs from a few components to hundreds per board.

Unit Assembly:-

Complete or part unit assembly and wiring, including testing where necessary.

Wire preparation:-

Cutting, stripping, termination and loom making.

Custom Services:-

Have you got an idea that you think could make money? Contact us and we may be able to design and manufacture it for you, either as a normal chargeable service or as a partnership.

All our work is fully inspected and assembled to our own rigid quality standards.

Certificates of compliance to customer specifications can be supplied if required.
